For those of you that love the good ole tried and true recipes, here’s our version of your classic favorite!  We upgraded it by using a less refined organic sugar as well as coconut flour to make ours GLUTEN FREE!  Then on to a surprise citrus touch to put our own signature to it…  Enjoy! You can get these either already baked and frozen for freshness OR as cookie dough balls ready for baking in your own oven!   Either way, put your own touch on these by dipping them half in chocolate, or crunch them up over some quality vanilla ice cream for a splurge…  

As always, we never add anything to extend shelf life, they're flash frozen the day they're baked!   Freezing our cookies keeps a long expiration date AND keeps them from drying out so you experience a soft, fresh baked texture and flavor upon a 15 minute thaw at room temperature.   Once thawed you should enjoy within 3 days.
